1. Who you are contracting with

IP-Planner (ip-planner.com) is operated by Robert Garrison, an individual ("we", "us"). By using IP-Planner you are entering into an agreement with Robert Garrison.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

3. The service

IP-Planner provides a free IPv4 subnet calculator and breakout planner. IP-Planner Pro is a paid subscription that adds an account, saved plans, ad-free use, and an AI allocation assistant.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a contract, or have authority to bind the organization you act for. Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringing the intellectual property of others;
• introducing malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing usage limits or technical restrictions.

6. AI assistant

• You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the outputs, and must have rights to anything you input.
• You must not use the assistant to generate illegal, hateful, or malicious content, or attempt to jailbreak it.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate. Verify every suggested allocation before deploying it on a network.
• We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
• You own your inputs and outputs to the extent permitted by law. Rights-holders can report infringement to support@ip-planner.com; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

7. Intellectual property and licence

We retain all rights to the service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled.

9. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, saved plans may be deleted after a reasonable period.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, and disputes will be resolved in its courts. You may not assign these terms without consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
