We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on IP-Planner Pro, for both monthly and yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or email support@ip-planner.com and we will help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
