Who we are

IP-Planner is operated by Robert Garrison, who is the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Contact: support@ip-planner.com.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials, sign-in provider) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Saved plans (names, supernets, labels) — to provide the saving feature (contract).
• AI assistant conversations and custom instructions — to provide the assistant (contract).
• Subscription status — to grant Pro access (contract).
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to respond to you (legitimate interests).

The free calculator and planner run in your browser; what you type there is not sent to us unless you save it.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host the app, store data, send email, and run the AI assistant.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing, by emailing support@ip-planner.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including complaining to a regulator.

Security

We use appropriate measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and per-account data isolation.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage needed to keep you signed in and run checkout. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
